10 oz. unsweetened almond milk
4 oz. coconut cream
Wedge of lemon
Dash of vanilla
Optional: a dash of Hazelnut liquor
Ice cubes
Sugar-free chocolate sauce
Put all ingredients, except chocolate sauce and lemon wedge, in a shaker container. Shake well. Prep 2 Martini glasses with sugar-free chocolate sauce by drizzling around inside the glass. Using a strainer over the shaker cup, pour the liquid into the Martini glasses. Slice the wedges thinly and squeeze a bit of lemon on top of the Almond Joy Martini. You can adjust ingredients to your liking. Tastes like an Almond Joy or a piece of Chocolate Cake!
